Complaints
The customer whose product:
- Had manufacturing defects,
- Has not been damaged for mechanical reasons,
- Has been damaged during transport,
The basis for the acceptance of the complaint is the proof of purchase of the goods (e.g. fiscal receipt or VAT invoice) or other proof of conclusion of the purchase agreement.
A complaint can be submitted on the WOJTYCZKA Complaint Form, the specimen of which can be downloaded from the website of the Internet Shop: Wojtyczkapantofle.pl
The complaint will be considered immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods under complaint together with a signed and completed set of documents to the address:

at 212 Waksmundzka Street
34-400, Nowy Targ
with the annotation: “ADVERTISEMENT – online shop”.
